What makes this role exciting CloudPay seeks an experienced French Payroll Implementation Specialist to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational processing of the French implementation payrolls alongside existing CloudPay resources. #LI-AP1 #LI-HYBRID Main responsibilities Implementation of an in-house payroll platform with assistance from all relevant CloudPay departments Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll Research discrepancies in payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing Maintain payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance Analyze payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll Data input in line with French legislation Assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration to be completed successfully Partner with Transition Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery and Operations Support any parallel runs if testing if needed on a new requirement Support the Software Release process by validating that new features have been accurately developed Support the Operation team following the customer change setting requests, share experiences to raise and improve the France team knowledges Experience needed for this role Excellent communication skills in English and French are essential Expert level of knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting Required Business software experienc: Excel, Word, Email Apps, Google Apps Experience in implementation payroll processing Familiarity with Cegedim TeamsRH software or similar platforms is a strong plus Knowledge of the direct management of the entire payroll process in France and international payroll experience Experience in implementation processes, software changes, and new customer management About you and Our core values Taking ownership, working with integrity and respect Being a team player is key to our culture Solution and customer focused Great initiative with the goal for excellence in achieving results Dedicated to developing and always looking for continuous improvements Be creative, be committed, be engaged and enjoy what you do France Package and Benefits Competitive Salary Competitive vacation allowance Calm app EAP Private Medical Insurance Employee Referral Program WFH Allowance CloudPay NOW Ticket Restaurant contribution Paid Volunteering days CloudPay is committed to being an equal opportunities employer.
