French Sales Development Representative

Role Description This full-time French Sales Development Representative role is a hybrid position based in Qesm El Maadi, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves identifying and qualifying French-speaking prospects, generating leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach. The representative will conduct needs assessments, present FlairsTech’s services, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on inbound inquiries, collaborating with business development and marketing teams, and meeting defined targets for leads, opportunities, and conversions. The role also includes researching target markets, staying informed about industry trends, and providing feedback to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills focused on prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities.
• Candidates should bring solid Sales and Business Development capabilities to drive pipeline growth and support revenue objectives.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent Communication skills, including fluent or near-native French and good command of English.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, technology services, or managed services environments is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and basic productivity software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment are important.
