Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in continuous training initiatives to enhance skills and service quality. Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or tourism industry. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to service. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
