In this role, you will be instrumental in monitoring chat interactions, promoting respectful communication, and ensuring compliance with community standards. Responsibilities Monitor in-game chat and player interactions to ensure adherence to community guidelines and safety protocols. Engage actively with players to promote an inclusive and respectful community atmosphere. Identify and address any instances of inappropriate behavior or content swiftly, escalating issues when required. Provide support to players regarding chat moderation policies and guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions taken and report any significant incidents appropriately. Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance the player experience and community engagement initiatives. Participate in ongoing training sessions to remain current with moderation tools and best practices. Fluency in French and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in online moderation, community management, or similar roles is a plus. Strong familiarity with gaming culture and community interactions. Excellent problem-solving skills and calmness in high-pressure situations. Detail-oriented and responsible in managing online content. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A genuine passion for gaming and dedication to enhancing the community experience for all players.
