French-Speaking Junior Customer Support Specialist

We are a certified Great Place to Work company. Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service and support for French-speaking clients. Building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with customers. Resolving client issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure high satisfaction. Handling and explaining complaints , both in writing and over the phone. Monitoring developments on global financial markets. Working with our CRM system to verify and update client database records. Cooperating closely with external XTB branches and internal departments. Requirements: French language at a native or proficiency level (C1/C2). Very good command of English (both spoken and written). High level of responsibility, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Good working knowledge of MS Office. A positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude. Nice to have: Previous experience in a customer service or client support role. Basic knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business products.
