, excluding the islands. You can work comfortably from home,
but only if you reside in Portugal

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
✅ Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
✅ Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience.
✅ Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:
✔️ Fluent French (C1/C2) with native accent from France, Belgium or Switzerland
✔️ Good English communication skills (B2)
✔️ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
✔️
Residence in Portugal

)
✔️ Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
