Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid French Travel Advisors role based in Qesm El Maadi, with some flexibility to work from home. The French Travel Advisor will assist French-speaking customers with travel inquiries, including flight, hotel, and transportation arrangements, ensuring accurate, timely, and personalized service. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat; providing clear information on itineraries, policies, and travel options; and resolving issues or complaints in a professional manner. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel agency systems, partner offerings, and company procedures to support high levels of customer satisfaction. Advisors will collaborate with team members and supervisors, meet performance targets, and document interactions and bookings in the designated systems.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
• Excellent Communication skills in French (spoken and written), with good English proficiency preferred.
• Experience with Travel Arrangements, including booking and modifying flights, hotels, and other services.
• Familiarity with Travel Agency practices, reservation systems, or related platforms.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive or time-critical requests calmly and efficiently.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in Qesm El Maadi, with reliable internet connectivity for remote work.
• Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, tourism, or a similar service-oriented role is an advantage.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work with targets and performance metrics.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by business needs.
