We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Personal Banking Executive, Premier Relationship - Contact Centre and Remote Channel. In this role you will: Provide quality services and resolve our top tier customers’ queries efficiently using insights from our innovative technology and solutions Work closely with our top tier customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial services and solutions Achieve individual performance expectation, develop your career with a clear progression path Benefit from extensive training, learning opportunities, support from your peers and managers and exposure to a wide variety of financial products, services and technologies To be successful you will need: A holder of High Diploma, equivalent or above Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and ability to read and write in Chinese and English Banking experience is not essential.
