1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Define, organize, and implement action plans to ensure the quality of the company’s products.
• Work closely with the development team to design testing strategies.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Execute Test cases.
• Identify, analyze, and report the test results. Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system, monitor the progress of products, and control development processes.
• Support and mentor Intern Testers.

2. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• At least 0,5 years of experience (create test cases, do tests, report).
• Understand the software development process and testing phases.
• Experience in creating Test Plans and designing Test Cases and test Data.
• Experience in using Testing Tools to run automation testing according to the script, Test Performance, Load Test,…
• Can read English documents related to IT. Listening and Speaking is a bonus.
• Active, creative, enthusiastic, and able to work independently and in groups.
• Ability to research and analyze.
• Resistant to high pressure at work.
• Experience in using SQL queries, and testing web, and mobile apps.
• Have experience with some testing management tools (AzureDevops, TFS,…).

Working hours: Morning: 8h30 – 12h00; Afternoon: 13h00 – 17h30. Monday to Friday (Having to attend 2 OpenTalk sessions per month).
