Front-End Developer (React/ReactNative)

Role Overview For one of our customers, we build highly scalable modern solutions for the future of fundraising. We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to help us build, improve, and scale high-quality user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver user-facing features Build and maintain scalable, reliable frontend components and applications Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code following team best practices Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving frontend standards Help monitor and debug issues using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and UX inconsistencies Contribute ideas to improve performance, usability, and developer experience Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in frontend development Experience working with React.js, React Native, and TypeScript Solid understanding of component-driven development and state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar) Experience building responsive and maintainable user interfaces Good understanding of web fundamentals (performance, accessibility, responsive design) Familiarity with Next.js, Expo, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.) Experience integrating with APIs and backend services Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.) Understanding of observability basics (e.g. logging, monitoring, debugging tools) Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and design Care about code quality, usability, and continuous improvement Curious mindset and willingness to learn and grow You would impress us if you have Experience with Storybook or component documentation tools Familiarity with design systems Exposure to frontend architecture patterns Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities Interest in or exposure to AI-powered development workflows Our Benefits Remote Office – Option to work remotely or hybrid Parking Space – Free parking available Fun Office Space – Game zone and relaxation area Health Insurance – Private health insurance, including dental care Holidays – 5 extra days after your 1st and 5th year with us Personal Development – Company-sponsored training and development Employee Referral Programme – Competitive bonus for successful referrals Social Events – Celebrating success together Family Insurance – Add insurance coverage for a family member Multisport Card – Fully covered sports pass
