Front-End UI/UX Developer

Job Title: Front-End UI/UX Developer Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred Type of Contract: Full-Time | Remote Salary Range: Market Rates Language Requirements: Professional English proficiency required We are seeking a skilled Front-End UI/UX Developer with experience building responsive, intuitive web applications in a .NET environment to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing and developing polished user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving the overall user experience of our applications. Your work will directly impact product usability, customer satisfaction, and front-end development standards across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript Build and maintain front-end applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to transform requirements and wireframes into intuitive user experiences Develop and integrate front-end components within ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core environments Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to validate user flows and interface concepts Implement and maintain reusable UI components, design systems, and style guides to ensure consistency across products Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end best practices, coding standards, and UI/UX improvements Use AI and agentic development tools responsibly to accelerate workflows, improve delivery quality, and automate repetitive tasks while maintaining accountability for final outputs Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer, UI Engineer, or similar role Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript Experience building SPA (Single Page Application) solutions for desktop, mobile, and kiosk environments Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core, including Razor views, layouts, and component integration Experience working with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue Solid understanding of UI/UX principles including typography, layouts, interaction patterns, accessibility, and visual hierarchy Experience using Git and standard development workflows including pull requests and code reviews Ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional environments Demonstrated experience using AI-powered or agentic programming tools to improve development efficiency and software quality Preferred Qualifications Experience with responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end/back-end integrations Understanding of accessibility standards including WCAG compliance Experience with front-end build tools such as Gulp, Webpack, or similar asset pipeline tools Familiarity with legacy JavaScript libraries such as jQuery Passion for clean code, scalable CSS architecture, and thoughtful UI design decisions
