🎯 The Role

Take the helm in modernizing the user interface of a high-traffic, real-time platform. Drive technical excellence and craft world-class, performant user experiences that make complex data beautifully actionable.

⚙️ What you will do (Responsibilities):

• Architect and implement performant features utilizing React, TypeScript, and internal design systems.
• Drive technical decisions, lead thorough code reviews, and mentor engineering peers.
• Simplify complex, high-traffic user flows to deliver intuitive real-time data visualizations.
• Establish comprehensive testing strategies encompassing unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage.
• Optimize client-side rendering speed, asset loading, and overall network efficiency.
• Partner with Product and UX teams to transform ambiguous requirements into production-ready code.

🔍 What we are looking for:Must-haves (Required):

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software development.
• Technical Stack & Tools: React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS (Flexbox/Grid), Cypress/Jest.
• Key Skills: State management mastery, asynchronous programming execution, strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (conversational and technical).

Nice-to-haves (Pluses):

• Legacy framework migration experience (Ember/Angular), CI/CD pipelines, Sentry/New Relic, and GraphQL/REST API understanding.
