Dwelleo is an AI-first real estate marketplace building intelligent property search, brokerage, and sales experiences powered by AI agents. We are currently in an intensive product development phase and are looking for a Next.js Frontend Engineer to support the delivery of key frontend features within a short timeline.

Project Scope

This is a time-bound frontend project focused on delivering production-ready UI and frontend functionality for Dwelleo’s web application.

The application is web-based and fully responsive across desktop and mobile browsers.

The role is pure frontend and focused exclusively on Next.js (React).

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Delivery

• Develop and enhance frontend features using Next.js (React).
• Implement responsive UI components for desktop and mobile web based on Figma or product requirements.
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs (REST).
• Apply SSR / SSG / ISR where required for performance and SEO.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
  
  

Performance & Quality

• Optimize frontend performance and page loading speed.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior.
• Fix UI bugs and improve overall user experience.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with backend engineers and product stakeholders.
• Provide daily or frequent progress updates during the project.
• Deliver features within agreed timelines.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 4+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Proven, hands-on experience with Next.js and React.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines.

• Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with marketplace or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with SEO-friendly frontend practices.
• Startup or MVP experience.
