## About the Role

Omni is an AI analytics platform designed to provide enterprises with a trusted source of truth for analytics and AI. Built on a semantic model, Omni provides governed context for data exploration, visualization, analytics, and AI workflows.

As a **Frontend Engineer**, you will build the product experiences customers use to explore, visualize, and share data in Omni. You will own meaningful frontend features from design through delivery, including interfaces that allow customers to embed Omni into their own applications. This is a high-autonomy role requiring strong frontend engineering skills, customer focus, and the ability to independently own large areas of the product.

## Key Responsibilities

* Own frontend features end-to-end, including technical decisions, implementation, and delivery.

* Build fast, polished, and intuitive product experiences for data exploration, visualization, and sharing.

* Partner directly with customers and the product team to understand and scope integration requirements.

* Design and build **APIs, SDKs, and frontend surfaces** that enable companies to embed Omni into their own products.

* Ship iteratively and refine features based on customer feedback.

* Use AI coding tools such as **Claude Code** to increase development velocity and focus on high-impact technical work.

* Collaborate with engineers across the technology stack as needed.

* Work independently with limited day-to-day oversight.

* Represent the needs of Embed customers in broader product and engineering planning.

## Required Qualifications

* **5+ years of software engineering experience**.

* **2+ years operating at a senior level** and independently shipping production software.

* Strong proficiency in **JavaScript and TypeScript**.

* Proven track record of delivering senior-level projects to customers.

* Experience with data or business intelligence tools and applications, such as:

* SQL

* Looker

* Tableau

* Mode

* Amplitude

* Google Analytics

* Demonstrated bias toward action and ability to make decisions and ship with limited oversight.

* Proficiency with **AI coding tools and workflows**, such as Claude Code and Cursor.

* Experience building and maintaining **APIs or SDKs consumed by external customers**.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Startup experience.

* Working confidence with **Java or Python**.

* Experience building **cloud-based SaaS applications**.

* Experience with embedded analytics or customer-facing data products.

* Remote work is available for candidates located near one of Omni's engineering hubs:
