Frontend Software Engineer, Platform

Posted Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 5:00 AM Description: We are currently looking for a Frontend Engineer (or Sr.) to join our Platform team. As a Frontend Engineer at Sphera, you will help build and expand the UI/UX discipline across all our product lines and platform. Engineers are encouraged to work with and experiment with cutting-edge technologies for web frameworks, services, and UI languages. Key Responsibilities : As a Frontend Engineer, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: ● Part of the Apps and Services team under the high-profile Platform organization ● Build and expand the front-end of UI that serve as shared set of components for rest of the organization to use ● Build and expand a highly scalable framework for CI/CD and drive automated testing ● Create appealing responsive design interfaces in React ● Collaborate with UX designers and product manager in designing an experience ● Partner with other engineers in the team to provide feedback on backed services improvement and dependencies Requirements: ● At least 3 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer ● Experienced in semantic HTML and responsive design ● Proficient in CSS Frameworks like Material Design ● Experience with React, Material UI, Kendo or NestJS, or similar ● Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks (such as TestCafe or Jest) ● Impeccable eye for detail with the ability to match your UI to the design in a cross-browser environment ● Consideration of performance, reliability, and scalability ● Empathy for the end user ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an affinity for problem-solving ● Experience working in an Agile product team ● Ability to self-manage during projects and proactively raise issues/concerns to the team Excellent communication skills including a knack for clear documentation ● Azure ecosystem (preferred) Personal Skills/Characteristics: ● Self-motivated and self-managing ● Strong desire to finish and win ● High integrity and ethical behavior If you are success-oriented, motivated, and results-driven, and enjoy working in a dynamic, highly entrepreneurial team environment, we’d like to meet you and discuss a role with our dynamic, high-profile entrepreneurial Platform Engineering team. #spheratech #li-cs1 #remote
