Frontline Communications Specialist - Full Remote Portugal ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Join the Portugal hub of Switzerland's largest private telecommunications operator , working at the intersection of internal communications, content creation, and frontline employee engagement. This is a role for someone with a strong editorial instinct and a visual eye — someone who can take complex product and commercial information and turn it into clear, engaging communications that inspire frontline teams to act. Language: English fluent (required) | Location: Portugal-based, fully remote PROJECT & CONTEXT You'll be part of the Frontline Experience / Operations team , working closely with colleagues in Switzerland to deliver internal communications around product launches, commercial promotions, and operational changes. Your output directly shapes how frontline employees and team leaders receive, understand, and engage with company priorities — making you a critical link between the business and the people who represent the brand to customers every day. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2–3 years of experience in communications, content, or a related field — internal communications or employee engagement experience is a meaningful advantage Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and format for different audiences and platforms A strong visual eye — understanding how to bring content to life beyond text, across multiple formats and channels Experience writing video scripts and storyboards for visual content production Comfortable managing and optimising internal communication channels (e.g. Beekeeper, intranet, newsletters) Good working knowledge of communication tools, AI tools, and digital platforms Ability to monitor and analyse communication metrics — open rates, engagement, reach — and use data to continuously improve Strong attention to detail with a collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams and geographies Driven, curious, and eager to push the limits of what internal communications can be Fluent English — written and spoken, mandatory Formal study in Communications or a related field is a strong advantage Based in Portugal NICE TO HAVE Proficiency in German — a significant advantage given the Swiss operational context Working knowledge of French and/or Italian Experience coordinating communications around commercial promotions or product launches in a retail or Telco environment Background working in multinational or remote-first team environments Direct Hiring role. Compensation: €1000 - 1400€ gross/month + perks, depending on experience level.
