In this dynamic and central Supply Chain role, you will collaborate with multiple departments across JB Hi Fi and The Good Guys and support the end-to-end fulfilment for bulky parcelised goods. As the Fulfilment Service Coordinator, you will work in the Fulfilment Service team to ensure every customer receives the right product, at the right time, in the right way. This role will focus on taking a centralised view of fulfilment and influence high standards of execution across the Supply Chain network. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing Last-Mile Delivery Support Providing last-mile Bulky delivery support, through: Managing delivery address and delivery date exceptions; Responding to delivery enquiries; and Proactively contacting customers to reschedule failed bulky deliveries. Providing last mile parcelised delivery support, including delivery cap and lead times management. Please note this role is for our Peak Trade period, starting Mid October to the end of January, and operates on a rotating roster between the hours 8am and 10pm, 7 days a week. To be successful in this role, you will need: Minimum 3 years of supply chain experience, with exposure to customer service, online or last mile-related activities Minimum 3 years of experience working in and interacting with cross-functional teams Be flexible to work across a 7 day a week roster with rosters assigned between 8am-10pm If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
