Full Cycle Recruiter

Full-Cycle Recruiter Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 3 Month Contract Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to provide full-cycle recruiting support through the end of the year. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to manage the hiring process from intake through offer acceptance while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Manage up to 10 active requisitions simultaneously Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and define hiring needs Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates Conduct phone and virtual interviews Present candidate recommendations to hiring teams Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication Extend offers and support negotiations Ensure accurate ATS documentation and recruitment tracking Qualifications Required: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience partnering directly with hiring managers Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience extending offers and managing candidates through the hiring process Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Preferred: Healthcare recruiting experience Experience recruiting for corporate, technology, or professional roles Staffing agency recruiting background Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools Why Join? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
