Full Cycle Recruiter (Remote – Philippines) Location: Remote Salary: PHP 40,000/month + Performance Bonuses Benefits: 10 days PTO, Annual Appraisal, Career Growth Opportunities, Healthcare Benefits Schedule: U.S. Hours About the Role SmartScale360 is looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our U.S.-based clients. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent , ensuring a smooth hiring process and excellent candidate experience. This role is perfect for candidates with recruitment or HR experience, strong communication skills , and the ability to handle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates and clients Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly reports on hiring progress Support onboarding and ensure a seamless transition for new hires Required Qualifications 1+ year experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruitment platforms (e.g., JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse) Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills Reliable remote work setup Work-From-Home Requirements: Device: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum 100 Mbps internet Backup device, internet, and power supply Preferred Qualifications Experience with U.S.-based recruitment accounts Familiarity with sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter Excel/reporting skills for recruitment metrics Why Join SmartScale360?
