POSITION: Full Cycle Recruiter, Dedicated Client Support (Full-Time, Exempt)
COMPENSATION:Pursuant to state regulations, the salary range is $85,000-$90,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. DIRECT REPORT: Director, Talent Acquisition
SUMMARY
The Full Cycle Recruiter serves as the dedicated talent acquisition partner for a dedicated client account, owning the entire hiring process from requisition intake through onboarding. This role acts as the client's primary point of contact for all recruiting needs, building deep familiarity with their business, culture, and hiring managers to deliver a consistently high-touch, full-cycle recruiting experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)
- Serve as the dedicated, single point of contact recruiter for one key client account, owning full-cycle recruiting for all of their open roles
- Consult with hiring managers to understand each role and define the ideal candidate profile before sourcing begins.
- Source candidates and recommend tailored sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels to identify active and passive talent.
- Screen and assess applicants' qualifications, conduct phone/video screens, and coordinate interviews or panels.
- Verify employment eligibility, gather necessary paperwork, and perform reference and background checks.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and train the client's hiring managers to use it effectively.
- Inform candidates of job duties, compensation, and benefits; recommend and negotiate total reward packages and extend offers.
- Notify applicants of rejection and ensure a smooth handoff from candidate to new hire onboarding.
- Prepare weekly reports on recruiting metrics, pipeline status, and recommendations for the client account.
- Represent the client at industry events and build relationships with industry and educational professionals to expand sourcing.
- Champion the Cardinal Culture and Core Values as an extension of the client's team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant multifamily experience
- Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in a high-volume, full-cycle environment
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers through excellent interpersonal skills and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to maximize applicant tracking software and social media sourcing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated creativity in issue resolution and "out of the box" thinking
- Self-motivated, self-managed, highly organized, and comfortable operating with autonomy
- Strong team player who works well cross-functionally with client stakeholders
- Ability to embrace change and new ideas
