Full Cycle Recruiter (Project Based)

Full-Cycle Recruiter (Freelance- Project Based) Build pipelines, not just hires. We’re looking for a high-performing Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to find, engage, and convert top talent. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → screening → interview → offer → onboarding) Proactively source and engage top talent across multiple roles and industries Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit Build and maintain strong, reusable talent pipelines Partner with clients to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver aligned candidates Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (LATAM ↔ U.S.) Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience Support offer negotiations and onboarding processes Continuously improve recruiting strategies using data, tools, and market insights What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (LATAM experience strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of the Colombian talent market Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients Requirements Based in Colombia Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 required) Available to work U.S. business hours (160 hrs/month) Reliable laptop and high-speed internet Why You’ll Love It 100% remote 🌍 Work with international clients and top LATAM talent Real growth opportunities in a fast-scaling company
