Full Cycle Recruiter | South Africa (Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team at Pear Tree. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, has previous experience recruiting for UK-based clients , and can manage the recruitment process with minimal supervision. A generalist recruitment background is preferred, along with strong candidate sourcing capabilities and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment activities independently from sourcing through candidate coordination. Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using various recruitment channels. Work closely with UK-based clients and understand their hiring requirements. Handle multiple roles across different functions and industries. Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments. Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and clients. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines. Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs. Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with experience supporting UK clients. Strong end-to-end recruitment experience. Generalist recruitment experience across different roles or industries. Excellent sourcing and candidate identification skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills. Comfortable working with UK-based clients and adapting to their recruitment processes. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, resourceful, and confident in recruitment delivery. You should be able to take ownership of vacancies, proactively source candidates, communicate effectively with clients, and move recruitment processes forward without requiring constant supervision.
