The company's first product is a subscription-based VPN (Virtual Private Network) that enables users to access the internet through different IP locations globally. The subscription model includes VPN access combined with curated newsletters that provide users with opportunities to save or earn money online based on their interests. Role Summary The Full Stack AI Developer is a high-ownership engineering role responsible for building and shipping software products from zero to first paying customer. This is a execution-heavy role focused on speed, product delivery, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate software development. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly autonomous, and deeply focused on shipping usable products rather than theoretical or over-engineered systems. Success in this role is measured by the ability to rapidly build, launch, and monetize software products. Key Responsibilities Product Development & Execution Build and ship full-stack software products end-to-end. Take ownership of product development from idea to first paying customer. Prioritize speed of execution and functional reliability over perfection. Develop simple but scalable architectures for early-stage products. Technical Leadership Lead bi-weekly technical meetings. Review system architecture, code structure, and design trade-offs. Act as a technical advisor to the Founder on product engineering decisions. Challenge implementation approaches and propose better technical alternatives where necessary. AI Tooling & Productivity Optimization Identify, test, and deploy AI tools to improve development speed and quality. Continuously experiment with new AI-assisted development workflows. Improve team productivity through automation and AI integration. Product & Business Alignment Align technical decisions with business priorities and revenue goals. Focus on building features that directly contribute to user acquisition and monetization. Maintain a strong bias toward launching and iterating quickly based on user feedback. Ideal Candidate Profile  Experience as a technical founder or early-stage engineer in a high-growth startup. Strong bias for execution and shipping products quickly. Comfortable working in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments. Strong understanding of full-stack systems and product architecture. Ability to balance technical decisions with business impact.
