Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality coding standards. Collaborate with project managers and clients to gather, analyze, and define project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee the development and architecture of web applications and websites, leveraging TYPO3 and Symfony frameworks. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code , following industry best practices and coding standards. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues , ensuring system stability and optimal performance. Implement responsive web design principles to enhance user experience across various devices and screen sizes. Integrate third-party APIs and web services , expanding functionality and interoperability. Stay informed of emerging trends, tools, and technologies , continuously improving development processes and solutions. Optimize website performance and ensure compliance with security best practices , maintaining data integrity and user safety. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in developing scalable web applications. Strong proficiency in PHP. MySQL, and the Symfony framework. Solid understanding of web development principles, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Gatsby, and Next.js. Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient development workflows. Familiarity with responsive web design and browser compatibility standards. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Excellent teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration within development teams and English language skills: required for communication across our international locations. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in TYPO3 or in additional web development frameworks or CMS platforms will be considered as a plus. Monthly gross salary from 4800 to 6000 EUR, depending on your level of expertise.
