Responsibilities Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications using modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms. Partner with backend developers, architects, and DevOps engineers to integrate front-end and back-end components using technologies like C#, .NET, and SQL/PostgreSQL. Utilize Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps best practices to maintain code quality, ensure secure deployments, and drive continuous improvement. Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance while recommending design and architectural improvements. Support application development and deployment within Azure and other cloud environments, leveraging cloud-native tools for scalability and reliability. Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to solution design discussions, and apply emerging technologies and frameworks to improve team efficiency and delivery. Other duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of experience with designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications Experience on development with Azure cloud native services. Experience building or integrating applications using coding-based GenAI capabilities Experience with Java, Python, .NET, React, or another modern frontend framework Experience with SQL databases, familiarity with NoSQL technologies Experience working in an Agile scrum team Ability to use back-end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor's degree Preferred: Experience with Copilot or Claude Experience with creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance Master's degree Cloud Certified developer on Azure or AWS Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding.
