As part of our engineering team, you will play a key role in building immersive experiences for customers, as well as developing bespoke internal tools for use by the wider team. Qualifications Demonstrated experience at a senior developer level, ideally involving high-performance web systems and client-facing projects. Experience with Node.js (TypeScript) and C# (.NET Core), as well as client-side JavaScript or established frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular. Experience working with AWS, automating testing, and working with CI/CD pipelines for rapid delivery. Front-end CSS/HTML5 experience, ideally with a full-stack portfolio or a willingness to work across both back-end and front-end technologies. Awareness of the serverless suite of tooling provided by Amazon Web Services. Strong analytical abilities, with the ability to read and understand application telemetry, customer analytics, and semantic monitoring to improve and optimize products and code. Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to share ideas, lead architectural discussions, and ensure your insights are heard while contributing to solutions. The role is fully remote, working closely with an integrated senior product and development team. The team has ambitions to build multiple customer journeys, developing the architecture from the ground up using a modern serverless approach. The team will build a collection of services, extending and customizing them for different brands and product areas. We have a vision of building an advanced comparison technology platform, from MVP through to fully featured enquiry forms, product stores, aggregator layers, referral and fulfillment mechanisms, and end-to-end tracking.
