Full Stack Developer

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Salary Expectations: 100 - 120k

About the Role

Elite IT Team is hiring a Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications for our clients and internal products. You'll work across the stack — building robust backend services and APIs in Python, and crafting responsive, user-friendly interfaces in React.js/Next.js. This role suits someone who can own a feature end-to-end, from database design to deployment, and who cares about writing clean, well-tested, maintainable code as much as shipping fast.

Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend.

● Build robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Python.

● Work with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

● Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js / Next.js.

● Design, optimize, and maintain databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

● Integrate third-party APIs, services, and external systems.

● Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

● Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.

● Work with Git/GitHub and follow proper version-control and development practices.

● Collaborate with other developers, QA, and project stakeholders to deliver features within defined timelines.

● Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural and technical decisions.

Requirements

● 1-2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

● Strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-grade backend applications.

● Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

● Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.

● Proficiency in React.js / Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

● Strong SQL and database design knowledge, preferably with PostgreSQL.

● Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and session-based authentication.

● Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services.

● Good understanding of software development principles, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.

● Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned features/projects.

Nice to Have

● Experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

● Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure.

● Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.

● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

● Experience with Redis, background workers, or message queues.

● Experience working with AI/LLM APIs or AI-powered applications.

● Familiarity with automated testing and modern development workflows.
