Full-Stack Developer

Build reliable software with an international product team


Do you enjoy working across backend and frontend development, solving technical challenges and turning business needs into secure, reliable software?

As a Full-Stack Developer at Atea, you will develop and improve business-critical applications using C#/.NET, React and TypeScript. You will join an international product team and work closely with developers, Product Owners and other stakeholders across several European locations.

You will have meaningful technical responsibility, but you will not be expected to solve everything alone. You will have skilled colleagues around you who share knowledge, challenge ideas and work together to build software that creates real value for its users.

About The Role


You will contribute to products within the team’s portfolio, currently including solutions such as Zoom and Cloud Reports. The product scope may develop over time and could also include Application Manager Online.

Regardless of the product you work on, you will be part of the same international team and technical environment. You will contribute throughout the development process, from understanding requirements and discussing technical solutions to development, testing and continuous improvement.

The team works according to Agile principles, with security, maintainability and business value as important parts of the development process.

AI-assisted development is also part of how we work. We are looking for someone who can use AI tools thoughtfully and effectively while maintaining good engineering judgment and high standards for security and quality.

What You Will Do


In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain full-stack features using C#/.NET, APIs, React, TypeScript and JavaScript, based on product and business requirements.
• Contribute to architecture and engineering quality by applying secure development principles, established design patterns and SOLID practices, as well as conducting code reviews and writing maintainable unit tests.
• Improve the performance, availability and maintainability of our applications through troubleshooting, technical analysis and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders across locations, share knowledge within the team and use AI-assisted workflows to support development, testing and problem-solving.

What We Believe You Need From Day One


We believe the following experience is important for succeeding in the role:

• At least four years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET, including API development
• Practical experience with React, TypeScript and JavaScript
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL databases
• Experience with unit testing and writing maintainable tests
• A good understanding of secure software development and SOLID principles
• Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken, at approximately B2 level or above
  
  

Relevant professional experience may compensate for formal IT education.

It is an advantage if you also have


It would be useful, but not essential, if you have experience with:

• Microsoft Azure, including Function Apps, Storage, App Service or Key Vault
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Cloud cost awareness and Azure cost optimisation
• Mentoring or supporting other developers
• Agile product development in an international or distributed team
