Full Stack Developer

Company Description ASX Company builds education and counseling AI services that transform anxiety about the AI era into relief and happiness. The company operates INSCHOLARY, the world’s first online education platform focused on innovation studies. It also offers FlipToc, a global counseling service providing 1:1 live video sessions with real-time AI translation. A new AI-driven product, Metis, is planned for launch in the second half of 2026. ASX Company is focused on impactful, user-centered technology that supports learning, innovation, and emotional well-being.

Role Description The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that power ASX Company’s education and counseling AI services. Typical responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end APIs, integrating AI features, and ensuring secure, scalable architectures. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and AI teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, conducting code reviews, writing tests, and troubleshooting issues in production environments. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Yeoksam-dong, with flexibility for partial work from home. The developer will continuously improve system performance and user experience while contributing to technical documentation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including building and maintaining APIs and server-side logic.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive, scalable applications.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL), version control (e.g., Git), and RESTful or GraphQL services.
• Experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Django, or similar) and cloud platforms.
• Ability to write clean, testable code and familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; experience in AI, edtech, or counseling platforms is a plus.
