Full Stack Developer (Distributed Source)

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of experience who is passionate about building high-quality, end-to-end product features. You will contribute to the design and development of both frontend and backend services, working closely with experienced engineers, designers, and product stakeholders. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend technologies, AI-assisted development, cloud-native services on Google Cloud Platform, and collaborative engineering practices, while helping deliver reliable, maintainable, and performant features. Roles and responsibilities Contribute to the design and development of both frontend and backend services Build frontend features using React and Redux (Redux Toolkit), working with modern tooling like Vite for builds, bundling, and local development Develop backend services and features in Java, using the Spring framework Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices Work with AI tools like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development Use Claude's tools — skills, subagents, MCP servers, and similar — as part of the development workflow Deploy and maintain services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Cloud Run or App Engine Debug and monitor services in production using GCP operational tooling (Cloud Logging, Error Reporting, Cloud Monitoring) and error tracking tools like Sentry Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Google Cloud Firestore, or Datastore Follow git workflows and contribute to CI/CD integrations on GitHub Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and design features accordingly Collaborate effectively with other engineers, participate in code reviews, and share context to help the team Use static code analysis tools like SonarQube to maintain code quality Must Have 2–4 years of experience in full-stack development Comfortable coding in JavaScript / TypeScript Comfortable coding in Java with the Spring framework Experience building frontend features with React and Redux (Redux Toolkit), and familiarity with modern tooling such as Vite Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices Experience working with AI tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development Working knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Google Cloud Firestore, or Datastore) Ability to work with stakeholders to understand requirements and design features Strong collaboration skills — experience participating in code reviews, sharing context, and supporting other engineers Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good to Have Working knowledge of Claude’s tools (skills, subagents, MCP servers, etc.) Experience deploying and maintaining services on Google Cloud Platform, especially Cloud Run or App Engine Familiarity with GCP operational tooling (Cloud Logging, Error Reporting, Cloud Monitoring) and error tracking tools such as Sentry Working knowledge of Git workflows and CI/CD integrations on GitHub Experience with static code analysis tools such as SonarQube What We’re Looking For A strong individual contributor who can own features end-to-end across the stack while collaborating effectively within a team Someone who values clean code, testing, continuous improvement, and thoughtful design A proactive learner who stays current with modern frontend, backend, AI-assisted development, and cloud technologies A team player who communicates clearly, shares knowledge, and helps raise the quality of the codebase and the team
