Full Stack Developer (LatAm) - Django/React

Full-Time | Remote | 8am – 5pm EST We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build mission-critical software for a highly regulated financial services market. This person will own features end to end — from infrastructure and backend APIs to the user interfaces financial advisors rely on every day — turning requirements into complete, production-ready solutions. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with deep ownership. You'll be the engineer who designs the schema, builds the API, ships the UI, and makes sure the whole thing holds up in production for thousands of users. What you'll own Complete features, across every layer: End-to-end feature development spanning infrastructure, APIs, and UI RESTful API design and implementation in Django Responsive, intuitive interfaces in React — components, styles, data flow, and business logic Integrations with custodial platforms, CRMs, and financial data providers Database schema design and query optimization (relational and non-relational) Code review across backend and frontend, plus root-cause bug resolution across the stack You'll partner with platform, AI, product, design, and QA teams to make sure what ships meets acceptance criteria and delivers an excellent user experience. You're a fit if you: Have 5+ years each with Django, modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML5/CSS3, and Git. Have 3+ years with Redux or similar state management, and 2+ years designing REST APIs. Are comfortable with PostgreSQL plus non-relational stores like Redis or Elasticsearch. Have 2+ years with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and at least a year with Docker. Have shipped production software used by 1,000+ users or companies. Embrace AI-assisted development thoughtfully — boosting productivity without compromising code quality. Troubleshoot complex issues across the entire stack and break big problems into manageable pieces. Strong plus: experience with Bootstrap or similar design systems, Webpack/Babel, monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, Sentry), and working from requirements in Confluence or Notion.
