Full stack Developer (Python+React)

Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 4–7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across frontend and backend technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in an agile development environment. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs. Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces. Develop backend services, business logic, and database integrations. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern user experiences. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues. Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities. Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions. Create and maintain technical documentation. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience working in enterprise-scale applications. Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven applications. Knowledge of caching, messaging queues, and event-driven architecture is preferred. Experience with Databricks or cloud data platforms is an added advantag A python developer with working 30% on React projects experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
