We are looking for a creative Full Stack Developer with a strong eye for UI/UX to lead the vision for the front-end for our hybrid quantum-AI computing environment. You will also serve as a core member of the Professional Services team, helping enterprise clients onboard and customize the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Re-architect and revamp the Super Platform UI/UX: improve layout, user flows, visual design, responsiveness, and accessibility.

  • Build modern, responsive front-end components using frameworks like Next.js/React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS and animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion).

  • Integrate with backend APIs and real-time data visualisation (for algorithm runs, agent workflows, monitoring dashboards).

  • Work closely with UX/design team to transition from Figma (or similar) prototypes into production-ready code.

  • Enhance developer-centric experiences in the platform: code editing UI, live feedback, real-time previews, debugging tools (inspired by platforms like Cursor or similar).

  • Provide Professional Services support: customise UI/dashboard for enterprise clients, perform client workshops, gather feedback, extend the platform for bespoke enterprise workflows.

  • Maintain component libraries, ensure accessibility standards (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional full-stack web development experience with demonstrable UI/UX focus.

  • Strong skills in front-end technologies: React (or Next.js), TypeScript, TailwindCSS (or equivalent CSS frameworks), state management (Redux, Zustand, etc).

  • Comfortable with backend technologies: Node.js, Express (or equivalent), REST/GraphQL APIs, real-time websockets (optional but a plus).

  • Experience designing and building developer-centric UI/UX (code editors, dashboards, workflow tools) or a strong interest/aptitude in this area.

  • Familiarity with design-system principles, component libraries, responsive design, accessibility standards.

  • Experience in client-facing or service-oriented roles (Professional Services) is a plus.

  • Bonus: experience with Electron or desktop/web hybrid apps, animation/UX libraries (Framer Motion), integrating with AI/LLM-based UIs, A/B testing, analytics tracking.

Benefits

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary plus annual bonus tied to performance and project success.

  • Stock options / equity – early employee opportunities in a growth stage platform.

  • Flexible work model: choose to be based in Canada, UAE or remote - we support global talent.

  • Learning & development budget: access to workshops, UI/UX conferences, courses, design tools.

  • Collaborative globally distributed team with virtual/physical meetups twice a year.

Work Culture:

  • Creative, design-driven culture: we believe great UI/UX is a strategic advantage.

  • Quick-moving agile teams: you’ll work in sprints, iterate fast, deploy often, and collaborate with product, backend and domain teams.

  • Client-centric mindset: as part of Professional Services, you’ll engage directly with customers, understand needs and help shape the platform’s UI for enterprise use cases.

  • Empowerment & autonomy: you’ll own the UI domain for the platform, propose and implement improvements, drive the visual identity.

  • Inclusive, respectful, and global: we embrace diverse viewpoints, support remote collaboration, and prioritise a healthy work-life blend.
