Full Stack Developer with LLM Experience

Job Description This is a remote position. Build a proof of concept planning tool for our customer from scratch, combining a rule based matching engine, an operations dashboard and an AI assistant on top of it. About the job Design the data model and architecture for courses, instructors, skills, certificates, locations and equipment. Develop a rule based matching engine that checks feasibility across skills, certificate validity, availability, location and equipment. Build a planning dashboard with course calendar, resource view, utilization overview and certificate alerts. Integrate an LLM assistant via tool calling that translates natural language requests into deterministic queries. Set up the development and deployment environment Requirements Degree (or ongoing studies) in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field. Fluent in English; good German skills are strongly desired, as the customer works in German. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Solid experience with modern web applications, ideally React or Next.js, FastAPI and PostgreSQL. Practical experience building LLM applications (tool calling, prompt engineering, guardrails). Independent, structured way of working and comfortable talking directly to the client.
