Fullstack Developer | Full time

Job Description Our client, a fast-growing Swiss financial services provider, is expanding its development team and is looking for a Fullstack Developer to join them in Lucerne. As part of a lean, close-knit tech team, you'll help build and maintain the platforms that power the company's digital pension and investment solutions. This is a permanent position open to candidates at various seniority levels, from junior developers to experienced engineers. Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain fullstack features across the company's core platforms Work closely with development team on architecture and implementation decisions Take ownership of features from backend logic through to frontend delivery Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with the standards required in a regulated financial environment Collaborate on the gradual expansion and onboarding of new team members as the team grows Requirements Hands-on experience with Laravel / PHP is essential — this allows you to contribute quickly without a long ramp-up period Solid understanding of fullstack web development (backend and frontend) Comfortable working with sensitive data and understanding the confidentiality requirements of a regulated financial services company Open to candidates across seniority levels — from junior developers with some professional experience to seasoned engineers Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset within a small, growing team Benefits Start: by arrangement Duration: permanent position Location: Lucerne; hybrid model with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week Workload: 80–100% Salary: to be discussed
