About the Role

To strengthen our tech team, we are looking for an engaged Full Stack Engineer and/or DevOps Engineer with a passion for modern web development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps.
In this role, you will contribute to the development and evolution of modern web applications while helping build, operate, and optimize cloud and CI/CD infrastructure. You will work closely with Product Management and Design and actively contribute to technical architecture, performance, scalability, security, and automation.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Develop and continuously improve modern web applications across frontend and backend.
- Build, operate, and optimize cloud and CI/CD infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Design.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Automate deployments, testing, and monitoring.
- Actively contribute to technical architecture and technology decisions.
Required Qualifications
- More than 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer and/or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of modern web technologies, such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Practical experience with CI/CD and container technologies.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform.
- Independent and structured working style.
- Team-oriented approach and strong teamwork skills.
- Good German or English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kubernetes is an advantage.
