Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a "Full Stack Software Engineer" with the following qualifications.

Who You Are?

• BSc degree in Computer Engineering or a related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Full Stack software development, building both backend and frontend applications
• Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 11+; experience with Java 17, 21 or newer versions is highly preferred)
• Professional experience with Spring Boot (experience with the latest Spring ecosystem is a plus)
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.TS (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js
• Familiarity with TypeScript and component-based frontend architecture
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with database versioning tools such as Flyway
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform), and modern software delivery practices
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing automated tests with high code coverage
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development (Agentic Coding) tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding assistants
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

What You Will Do?

• Develop scalable backend services and modern frontend applications for an AI-powered InsurTech platform
• Build and maintain secure, high-performance REST APIs
• Design, develop, and enhance both backend and frontend features in a full-stack environment
• Collaborate with AI-powered services and contribute to intelligent workflow automation solutions
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database structures and manage schema versioning with Flyway
• Develop cloud-native solutions and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code by applying TDD principles and maintaining high automated test coverage
• Participate in technical analysis, architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
