Full Stack Developer (Python & Modern Frontend):

Role: Full Stack Developer

Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid – 50% Remote / Onsite for Sprint Planning)

Contract Type: Contract (37.5 hrs/week)

Duration: 24 Aug 2026 – 31 Dec 2026

Language Requirements: Fluent English (Finnish is a plus)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus and solid Python backend capabilities to join a high-performing Data Science team in Helsinki.
You will help build production-ready web interfaces, mobile apps, and scalable APIs for AI-driven applications, intelligent document processing, and LLM/chatbot solutions, turning advanced PoCs and MVPs into robust products.

Key Responsibilities:

Productization & Build: Design and build modern, scalable web applications from scratch, transforming data science PoCs into production software.
Frontend Excellence: Lead frontend architecture and develop intuitive UI components for complex AI and data-intensive solutions.
Backend Development: Build efficient backend services, RESTful APIs, and data integrations using Python (FastAPI / Flask).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with data scientists, AI engineers, and product stakeholders to bridge software engineering with ML capabilities.

Core Qualifications:

Full Stack Mastery: Senior-level experience across full-stack web development with deep hands-on expertise in Python.
Modern Frontend: Proven experience using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
API Development: Hands-on experience developing RESTful backend APIs and interfacing with data platforms.
Engineering Ownership: Proven ability to drive technical decisions independently and deliver scalable web applications.
Languages: Professional fluency in English.
