As a Full Stack Engineer, you will form a unified team with startup clients to lead co-creative product development in the 0 to 1 phase. Instead of merely building what is instructed, you will enjoy the autonomy to handle architecture design and technology selection that directly links to business outcomes. By driving PoCs for new technologies, including generative AI, you will acquire practical skills to maximize business value in highly uncertain environments.

- Cloud / Infrastructure: AWS

- Development: Web Applications (Frontend / Backend), Generative AI

■ Minimum Requirements

- 3+ years of frontend and backend development experience for web services.

- Broad experience in web application development (frontend/backend) and infrastructure construction/operation.

- System development experience in cloud environments such as AWS.

- Strong communication skills in client work (ability to elicit requirements and explain them clearly without technical jargon).

- A proactive attitude and attentiveness to grasp situations and act independently.

- Fluent Japanese proficiency.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience launching products from scratch (0 to 1 phase).

- Experience in system development and driving PoCs utilizing generative AI.

- Experience in co-creation projects, conducting issue definition and hypothesis verification together with clients.

- Willingness to actively engage in information sharing, such as technical blogging and speaking at events.
