Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Islamabad, Pakistan, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs across the front-end and back-end stack. Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, architect solutions, and implement clean, maintainable code. The role involves integrating third-party services, optimizing performance, ensuring security best practices, and participating in code reviews and continuous improvement activities within Agile pods. The developer will also help automate workflows, contribute to DevOps practices, and support the AI-Driven Development Lifecycle by using tools and processes that accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Qualifications
- Strong front-end development skills (e.g., modern JavaScript frameworks, responsive UI development, HTML/CSS) suitable for building user-facing features.
- Robust back-end development skills (e.g., server-side programming languages/frameworks, RESTful API design, database integration) for scalable application services.
- Experience with databases and data handling (e.g., relational and/or NoSQL databases, query optimization, data modeling) to ensure reliable data storage and access.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring, infrastructure-as-code) to support deployment and operations.
- Competence in software engineering fundamentals (e.g., OOP, design patterns, testing, debugging, version control with Git) for maintainable, high-quality code.
- Comfort working in Agile environments (e.g., sprints or “bolts,” cross-functional pods, collaboration tools) and contributing to iterative delivery.
