Full Stack Engineer

Full Stack Engineer Own features end to end across Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Oracle building business-critical products, improving delivery, and shaping solutions with teams across markets. We usually respond within a day A product technology company building and maintaining business-critical software used across multiple internal teams and markets. Hybrid role based in Warsaw or Cracow. What you'll do Build and ship features across the full stack: backend services in Java and Spring Boot, and the Angular application when frontend work is needed. Take a feature from defined requirements through design, implementation, testing, and release, without handing off frontend work to someone else. Write and maintain SQL queries, schema changes, and database logic against an Oracle database. Build REST APIs and integrate with messaging systems using JMS. Maintain and extend CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and Jenkins, including fixing broken builds and deployment issues yourself. Use SonarQube to identify code-quality, security, and maintainability issues, and resolve them, not just review the report. Write automated tests and review other engineers' code as a normal part of delivery. Give realistic effort estimates, flag delivery risks early, and communicate progress directly to product owners, QA, business analysts, and operations. Mentor other engineers and share technical knowledge within the team. Required Minimum 4 years of commercial full-stack software development experience, not backend-only with occasional frontend exposure. Production experience with Java 17 or 21 and Spring Boot: can describe a specific service built, including how it handled transactions, error cases, and concurrent access. Hands-on experience with Hibernate, SQL against Oracle, JMS, and REST API design: can walk through a real query optimization or schema migration they made. Production experience with Angular (version 20 or a recent major version) and Jest: has built and tested UI components personally, not only consumed an existing design system. Has built or maintained CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and Jenkins: can describe a pipeline they configured or fixed, not just triggered. Has used SonarQube or equivalent static analysis and can describe specific findings they resolved. Can give a concrete example of estimating a piece of work, being wrong, and how they corrected course with stakeholders. Fluent written and spoken English, comfortable working directly with product, QA, UX, and business analysts without a translator role in between. This role is not for Backend-only engineers who cannot write or troubleshoot Angular code themselves. Frontend-only engineers who cannot write or troubleshoot Java/Spring Boot backend code themselves. Engineers with fewer than 4 years of commercial, production software development experience. Engineers who have never configured or fixed a CI/CD pipeline, only used one that someone else built. Engineers who cannot describe a specific, real production incident, query, or feature they personally owned end to end.
