Build High-Profile, Client-Facing Banking Applications

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a cross-functional engineering squad working on high-profile, client-facing banking applications within a global financial services environment.

This is a hands-on full-stack position with a strong frontend focus, working across multiple web applications and selected backend services. You'll contribute to new product development, enhancements and production support across the full software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Build and enhance multiple client-facing web applications and selected backend services.
• Develop modern frontend solutions using React and Angular.
• Own features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment and support.
• Work within an Agile, cross-functional squad alongside Frontend, Backend, QA, Business Analysis and Product specialists.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Take technical ownership and promote sound engineering practices, maintainability and reliable delivery.
• Use modern AI-enabled engineering tools pragmatically to accelerate problem-solving and delivery.
• Contribute beyond the immediate frontend scope when required, including APIs, DevOps, automation and adjacent codebases.

What We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years of professional web development experience.

✔ Strong hands-on professional experience with both React and Angular.

✔ Solid JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals and modern frontend development practices.

✔ Some backend development experience and confidence working with APIs and end-to-end solutions.

✔ Experience working within Agile software development environments.

✔ Fluent English and strong collaboration skills in an international environment.

✔ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

✔ Curiosity, ownership and willingness to work with new technologies in an AI-enabled engineering environment.

✔ Ability to work in Budapest as part of a hybrid working model.
