- Experience helping to drive and define requirements as much as follow them

Experience
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with a strong emphasis on PHP backend development.

- Demonstrated ability to debug complex issues across the stack and identify performance bottlenecks, with experience in performance tuning considered a strong plus.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers/UX stakeholders, and other engineers to help shape requirements, make pragmatic technical suggestions, and deliver impactful features.
- Comfortable operating in a primarily backend-focused role within an established platform/tooling team, while still contributing effectively to frontend work when required.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, forward-looking approach to solving problems that ultimately improve the experience for end users.
