We are looking for Full Stack Engineers (senior and intermediate roles) with extensive Python and React who are excited about the prospect of working with new technologies to develop innovative solutions to solve real-world problems. As an engineer on the Spocket team, you will help solve exciting challenges while developing our growing platform.

• Work with a highly skilled team of engineers to turn business requirements into technical requirements with clear technical specifications.

• Collaborate with the development, design, and growth team to come up with innovative and scalable solutions for Spocket.

• Help develop and maintain key features of the existing platform.

• Help uncover new and innovative ways to enhance customer experience and platform useability.

• Maintain, manage, and scale our current stack on an ongoing basis.

• Have ownership and responsibility for the code and the product.

• For the senior role, you have at least 8 years of full-stack development experience.

• For the intermediate role, you have at least 5 years of software development experience.

• For the senior role, you have used the following stack for more than 6-8 years: React, Ruby or Python, TypeScript (optional), and AWS (optional).

• For the intermediate role, you have used the following stack for at least 5 years: React, Ruby or Python, TypeScript (optional), and AWS (optional).

• You love to iterate quickly and ship code regularly.

• You develop a customer-first mentality and love to provide users with the best experience possible.

• You’re never satisfied with the status quo because you have relentlessly high standards.

• You are self-motivated and passionate about building relationships and growing a business.
