This is a remote position.
Experience Level: Overall 3+ Years with 1+ Years in MarTech
Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Melbourne, Australia Time)
Employment Type: Permanent Remote
Engagement: 160 hours required per month / 7.5 hours per day.

Role Overview
We are looking for a full stack engineer who wants real depth across AEM Assets, Dynamic Media, and Content Hub – from asset pipelines and rendition workflows through to setting up multi-brand portals that distribute content and assets to the right channels for each brand – while working closely with senior engineers and architects.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support AEM Assets, including Dynamic Media renditions/Smart Crops and Digital Asset Management (DAM) workflows
- Set up and maintain multi-brand portals in Content Hub – brand-specific collections, permissions, and distribution channels
- Structure, tag, and distribute content and assets across brands through Content Hub
- Build and maintain AEM Sites components, templates, and Sling Models under senior guidance
- Develop backend services in Java, contributing to integration work with enterprise systems
- Take ownership of features within a sprint, escalating design questions to senior engineers or architects, and participate fully in Agile ceremonies
Requirement
- 4+ years in full stack software engineering, with hands-on experience on AEM
- Hands-on with AEM Assets, Dynamic Media (renditions, Smart Crops), and DAM workflows/metadata
- Experience configuring multi-brand portals in Content Hub, including collections, permissions, and distribution channels across brands
- AEM Sites component/template development; Sling Models, HTL/Sightly, OSGi services
- Strong core Java (Java 8+), Spring, RESTful API design; React JS or an equivalent modern frontend framework
- Experience working in Agile teams, including active participation in Scrum ceremonies
Nice to Have
- Exposure to multi-brand content governance, metadata taxonomy design, or DAM information architecture
- Exposure to AEMaaCS Cloud Manager/Dispatcher/CDN configuration, and to Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- An Adobe Certification (e.g. AEM Assets/Sites Developer) is well regarded, not required to apply
