The Full-Stack Engineer is a hands-on role that drives our business. This role requires technical expertise, a strong commitment to quality, and a genuine appreciation for the importance of the work that directly impacts the independence and quality of life for our customers. What You'll Do: Assume responsibility for the backend of our web platform and work across the stack with our small team. Rebuild our website and develop other internal software from customer-facing tools to operational programs. Design and build APIs, integrate third-party services and keep reliable data between our internal departments. Maintain databases, inspect for performance and/or safety concerns, and perform troubleshooting as needed. Improve speed, accessibility and a customer experience that matches the quality of the vehicles we make. What You'll Need: Demonstrated experience with production software with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar). 3+ years of professional software engineering experience. Production experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and React. Experience with Tailwind CSS a plus. Experience building backend systems and integrating third-party APIs. Experience with Headless CMS platforms. Experience implementing payment systems and owning the deploying and operation for a live application. Comfortable working independently and communicating with individuals at all levels. Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot problems independently and propose effective solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to follow both written and verbal work instructions.
