Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Focused)

We have a very small team of superstars, and are on a rapid trajectory of hypergrowth and have a few select openings for only the very best talent. We're hiring a Full-Stack Engineer who will own the backend services that power Vironix's care platform — API design, data integrity, and the reliability of the systems clinicians depend on. You're not a specialist: you can navigate a React codebase, ship a frontend change when needed, and aren't blocked by a UI task. You'll work closely with our CTO on infrastructure decisions and take on informal technical leadership as the team scales — unblocking others, owning delivery, and raising problems before they become incidents. Our core team is based in Austin, TX. We work a hybrid schedule with a few days of in-person collaboration each month. We're looking for candidates already based in Austin or willing to relocate.
