At Sitemate, engineers combine strong technical craft with product thinking and delivery ownership. You'll work in small, high-trust teams alongside Product Design Managers to define problems, shape solutions, implement clean and scalable systems, and take responsibility for what ships — including how it behaves once live. Engineering, product, and delivery are not separate handoffs here; they operate as one integrated team. You'll work across frontend, backend, and mobile: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Angular, MongoDB, and AWS. You don't need to know all of these, willingness to learn matters more than what you know today. 🔧 Day-to-Day Build and ship features with guidance from experienced teammates. Work with AI tools daily, with the team's workflow skills for planning, implementation and review. Fix bugs and improve product stability across web and mobile. Investigate and resolve production issues. Grow into more ownership over time, this role expands as you do. ⚡ Challenges Our products seem simple to users but contain a high degree of technical complexity — shared components across multiple products, backend services powering web and mobile clients. There's a lot to learn. Pace: we move quickly, so you'll need to be excited to learn fast. We have a strong culture based on core values and operating principles. You're not interested in AI-first engineering practices, this is core to how we work, not optional. 🎯 Skills & Tools Must Have: Solid hands-on experience building and shipping production software Hands on experience with AI-powered developer tools and agentic engineering practices.
