Full Stack Engineer (Java/React/AI) - Full remote

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise-scale fullstack applications.

• Design and implement backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

• Develop scalable microservices, REST APIs and integration architectures.

• Build modern frontend applications using React, JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Design distributed systems focused on resilience, scalability, performance and observability.

• Develop and integrate AI/GenAI solutions, including LLM models, RAG pipelines and AI-enabled applications.

• Apply API-first architecture, service discovery and circuit breaker patterns.

• Work effectively in a fully remote and international environment.

You must have:

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including enterprise-scale systems.

• Expert-level Java, with strong experience in Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud.

• Strong experience with microservices, REST APIs and integration architecture.

• 4+ years of frontend development, mainly with React.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, component design, state management and reactive UI patterns.

• Solid experience with distributed systems, scalability, resilience, observability and performance tuning.

• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, vector databases/search and AI integrations is highly valued.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• English C1/C2 — mandatory, particularly for a fully remote international environment.
