Location: Hybrid working, 2 nominated days in our London office, SE1 For the past 20 years Red Ant has been at the forefront of driving digital transformation through technology excellence, building high-quality, high-traffic digital platforms for organisations across a range of sectors. We've brought together our expertise in web and application engineering to deliver robust, scalable platforms that unify the tools, content and insights needed to provide excellent digital experiences for the people who rely on them. Red Ant is also one of a few organisations that has decided that the people who work for the business own the business, becoming employee owned as of 2021. This level of empowerment has helped us to see the team through tough times and come out stronger than ever. Our success is truly your success. And we're firm believers in business being a force for good. Giving back to the community we work in is built into who we are through our PhilANThropy volunteer programme. We work with Plan Zheroes, rescuing and donating surplus food from our neighbours in Borough Market, take part in Thames beach cleans guided by waste management specialists Recorra, hold tech workshops for local 16-18 year olds to give them experience of the work we do, and we regularly run kitchen takeovers to provide lunch for local seniors.
